I attended Persia's workshop on Conflict Resolution hoping to gain confidence in communicating with my team. I got that and more! Persia provided an overview of the legal process along with practical strategies to improve everyday communication. The techniques I learned have equipped me to resolve conflicts efficiently, clearly, and fairly. One of the most valuable aspects was the focus on being comfortable with uncomfortable conversations, as well as prevention and early intervention. It empowered me to address smaller issues as they arise, with confidence, before they escalate. I believe that's an invaluable skill to have. Her emphasis on clarity as a form of kindness resonated deeply with me. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking to enhance their conflict resolution skills. Persia assisted me with a tricky personal employment matter, where my ex-employer had been at fault (unintentionally), creating a significant financial burden for me.
