Persia assisted me with a tricky personal employment matter, where my ex-employer had been at fault (unintentionally), creating a significant financial burden for me. Persia handled the matter firmly with my ex-employer, but with grace. She clearly understood the legal position very well and was brilliant at communicating the pros and cons of different potential approaches. Her communication was superb, keeping me in the loop in a very open and transparent manner. This was especially important in terms of my budget, and as Persia put it ‘allowed me to be in control’, with a ‘no surprises’ approach. It was also a very stressful experience for me and Persia offered real added value at putting my mind at ease. A very good, fair resolution was achieved. I highly recommend Persia.
