I have highly valued having had Persia’s support through what was an incredibly stressful time in my career. I found Persia to be diligent, considered and thorough. Her calm approach and clear and timely communication gave me confidence that my trust was well placed.
Although not the goal of our work together, I also feel so grateful for how Persia showed me how to find my voice and advocate for myself in a professional and hierarchical setting. It can be an intimidating thing to do.
